About Tracy Williams

Tracy is a skilled professional with 36 years of experience working in the public sector, with several years of providing development consultation and managing complex land use entitlements, project permit compliance, subdivisions, zone changes, conditional use permits, zone variances, and more. Tracy received a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning from California State University, Northridge.
